Polo villas is very nice and quiet! I’ve lived here twice. It’s conveniently located to shopping and gyms and good schools. I love it. Management is awesome too.

I have lived here close to a year at and still astonished how such a nice place exists at the price point. The apartments are beautiful, the weekly events at the clubhouse are amazing, and maintinence fixes any concern same day. Shelley is extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. If you want to live here, act fast, because there was a bit of a wait for me to move in.

I have lived at Polo Villas for over 10 years now! I always have found the staff friendly and attentive! The complex itself is a quiet, well maintained , modern, gated development . The unit I am in is a 1 bedroom apartment with a nice layout, with walk-in closet in the bedroom, large size bathroom , modern kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer! Shout out to Shelley and Max , part of the great team working at Polo Villas!

First apartment and it i overall wonderful! Had been put on a waitlist but after contacting and keeping in touch with office one was available for us fast!! move in experience was great and super easy! It is a very spacious apartment and everything is in perfect shape so far! went through for our walk in and any little thing was fixed instantly the next day. Love it here so far.
This has been a lovely community with very kind neighbors. The office manager is very helpful and loves bring the community together every week. There are sometimes community pot lucks for super bowl Sunday or even just a game night. Overall living here has been easy and relaxing.
