Electric Service
Residents pay for and initiate electric service provided by PG&E prior to moving in by calling 1-800-743-5000. It is essential that the service start date is the same as the lease start date. Failure to initiate service by the required date will result in a $35.00 administrative charge to process the necessary date correction and bill for any utility consumption during that period.
Gas Service
Residents pay for and initiate gas service provided by
Southern California Gas Co prior to moving in at 1-800-427-2200 or
https://www.socalgas.com. It is essential that the service start date is the same as the lease start date. Failure to initiate service by the required date will result in a $35.00 administrative charge to process the necessary date correction and bill for any utility consumption during that period.
Water and Sewer Service
Residents pay for water and sewer usage billed through Conservice. Each apartment is equipped with a water sub-meter and an interior display reader for easy monitoring. Monthly usage charge in addition to a monthly service fee that is not to exceed $10.00, are posted directly to resident accounts. There is no need to initiate water and sewer service as this will be done automatically upon move-in.
