Electric service is provided by PG&E. Residents must initiate electric service directly with PG&E prior to moving in at 1-800-743-5000 or www.pge.com. The service start date must be the same date as your lease start date. PG&E will bill you monthly via postal mail or electronically and will provide instructions to create an online account for bill payment. If you are concerned about power outages, consider subscribing to PG&Es notification service.
Gas service is provided by Southern California Gas Co. Residents (SoCal) must initiate gas service directly with SoCal prior to moving in at 1-800-427-2200 or https://www.socalgas.com. The service start date must be the same date as your lease start date. SoCal will bill you monthly via postal mail or electronically and will provide instructions to create an online account for bill payment.
WATER AND SEWER SERVICE
Water and sewer service are provided by the Vaughn Water Company. Each apartment is equipped with a submeter and an interior display reader for easy monitoring. Monthly billing is provided by YES Energy Management. Monthly charges are posted directly to resident accounts by YES Energy Management by the 20th of each month for the previous months usage and these charges become payable with the next monthly rent payment. Invoices are made readily available via the Resident Portal. There is no need to initiate water and sewer service as this will be done automatically by YES Energy Management upon move-in.

I have lived at Polo Villas for over 10 years now! I always have found the staff friendly and attentive! The complex itself is a quiet, well maintained , modern, gated development . The unit I am in is a 1 bedroom apartment with a nice layout, with walk-in closet in the bedroom, large size bathroom , modern kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer! First apartment and it i overall wonderful! Had been put on a waitlist but after contacting and keeping in touch with office one was available for us fast!! move in experience was great and super easy! It is a very spacious apartment and everything is in perfect shape so far! went through for our walk in and any little thing was fixed instantly the next day. This has been a lovely community with very kind neighbors. The office manager is very helpful and loves bring the community together every week.
